By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

2. Definitions

  • "Glamorous Fusion," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Glamorous Fusion the artificial botanical wholesaler company.
  • "Services" refers to the products, offerings, and resources provided by Glamorous Fusion.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for purposes that are permitted by these terms and any applicable laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

4. Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions, dimensions, and colour finishes as accurately as possible on our site. However, please note that actual colours may vary depending on your computer/monitor. Glamorous Fusion does not guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour is true and accurate.

5. Ordering and Payments

  • Orders placed through our Online Ordering Service are not immediately charged. Payment methods accepted include EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard, or commercial credit accounts (where applicable). Please note that credit card payments may be subject to surcharges.
  • Within seven (7) days of receipt of your order, we will at our discretion accept or reject your offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse supply of the goods ordered by you or to terminate your online account with us, without liability or obligation, for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of a product, errors in the description or price of the product, or other reasons.
  • Goods will be dispatched only after payment has been successfully processed and cleared. Failure to process payment may result in order cancellation.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours after payment is received.
  • Typically, courier delivery from our warehouse to your location takes 1-3 days after dispatch.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the cubic dimensions of your order and will be provided after we receive your order.
  • Customers have the option to avoid freight charges by arranging their own pickup.
  • If customers prefer to organize pickup through their own courier, they must contact us to arrange this.
  • We aim to deliver orders promptly and efficiently. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or credits for incorrect choices. Goods may only be returned or claimed if found to be damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
  • All returns and credits require authorization, and notification of any proposed return or credit claim must be provided in writing within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Failure to do so will result in returns or credits being denied.
  • Once authorized, returns must be sent to Glamorous Fusion within seven (7) days in their original packaging and complete with a Glamorous Fusion barcode label. Customers are responsible for all freight costs for returning non-damaged, high-quality, or correctly supplied goods.
  • Glamorous Fusion reserves the right to deny credit for returned goods found not to be in perfect order and without authorization.
  • Glamorous Fusion will only refund payment (excluding delivery fees) for faulty or damaged Proforma-paid goods authorized by our Accounts Department.

8. Intellectual Property

  • This site is owned and operated by Glamorous Fusion. Unless otherwise noted, all material, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written material appearing on this site, are copyrights, trademarks, and/or intellectual properties owned, controlled, or licensed by Glamorous Fusion.
  • You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any of the contents in any way for any purpose other than personal use. Any unauthorized use is a violation of Glamorous Fusion's copyright and proprietary rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Glamorous Fusion be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if Glamorous Fusion has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

  • Glamorous Fusion reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
