How can I become a GF customer?

Glamorous Fusion Sells to any registered organization with a valid ABN. We do not deal with the general public as we do not wish to be competing with our customers.

What is GF minimum order?

We DO NOT have a minimum purchase amount in terms of dollars. But we do have a minimum purchase requirement of box lot quantities for individual items. Delivery charges is not included in the list prices and will be invoiced at the final billing.

Can we take a smaller quantity than specified?

If going via courier box lots apply. If picking up at warehouse minimum quantities apply.

What are the method of placing an order?

We take order in a number of ways:

Is there a purchase threshold for freight free delivery?

Our company's margin has been set to the lowest possible on our entire range, so we cannot incur free shipping service on any set threshold. We do not mark our product higher( more expensive) to encounter shipping of the goods to give you an illusion of free freight. 

What will freight cost?

Freight is calculated on the cubic sizes of cartons, and not based on invoice total.

Can boxes be re-packed to reduce the cost of freight?

Yes, we will re-pack in the best possible way, if customer approved.  

Can I pick up from warehouse or use my preferred freight company?

Customers are welcome to pick up from warehouse, or use own courier so long as notification is given,

Is freight charged on back orders?

Standard freight charges apply to all out going orders.

Are we notified when back orders are available to be shipped?

Yes, unless prior instructions has been given.

Does GF offer a 30 day credit term account?

GF operates affectively on an account Free basis, we review our customer regularly and will always try to help whenever possible.

How do I claim damage on goods received?

Notification of Credit claims along with photo evidence must be received within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods. Noting the invoice number, item number and specify the reason for the claim. Goods being returned must be authorised by Global Fortune Pty Ltd. Credit Notes will be issue after all criteria has been met.

If customer uses their own courier, GF will not be held accountable for any damaged incurred.
